How much does website maintenance cost? add
It depends on the website: how many pages and plugins it has, whether it takes payments, and how often it changes. A small business website costs far less to look after than an online shop. So instead of a rate card, we check your website for free and give you a fixed monthly or yearly price in writing.
What is included in a website maintenance plan? add
Updates, backups, security, uptime monitoring, speed checks, small content changes, fixes when something breaks, and a short monthly report. The full list is above.
What is a website AMC? add
An AMC is an annual maintenance contract: one agreement and one price that covers looking after your website for a whole year. It is our yearly plan.
Can you look after a website someone else built? add
Yes. Most of the websites we maintain were built by another agency or a freelancer. We start with a free check, so you know what state the site is in before you pay anything.
Do you offer WordPress website maintenance services? add
Yes. WordPress and WooCommerce are the websites we look after most. We also maintain Shopify stores and websites built in Laravel or plain PHP.
My website is hacked or down right now. Can you help? add
Yes. Call us during support hours, or send the form above and say it is urgent. We fix the problem first, and a maintenance plan afterwards is your choice.
What if I need a bigger change or a new feature? add
Small changes are part of the plan. Bigger work, like a new section, a redesign or a new feature, is quoted separately and agreed with you before we start.
Do you maintain mobile apps too? add
Yes. We keep Android and iPhone apps working through phone updates and app store rule changes, and fix bugs as they come up.
Do I have to give you my passwords? add
We need access to your website and hosting to look after them. We suggest a separate login for us that you can switch off at any time, so your own passwords stay yours.
Is there a long contract? add
No. The monthly plan can be stopped any month. The yearly plan runs for the year you signed up for. Either way, the website and every login stay in your name.
