What Happens After You Submit a Request

Processing
We locate and process the deletion of your personal data from our active systems and databases.
Confirmation
We send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete, typically within 30 days.
Processing Timeline
We aim to process all data deletion requests within the following timelines:
- Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days of receiving your request.
- Completion: Within 30 calendar days (extendable by an additional 60 days for complex requests, with notification).
- Backup removal: Data in backup systems will be removed within 90 days.
Exceptions
In certain circumstances, we may not be able to fully comply with a deletion request if the data is needed to:
- Complete a transaction or provide a service you requested.
- Comply with a legal obligation (e.g., tax records, audit requirements).
- Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents.
- Exercise or defend legal claims.
