Processing Timeline

We aim to process all data deletion requests within the following timelines:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days of receiving your request.
  • Completion: Within 30 calendar days (extendable by an additional 60 days for complex requests, with notification).
  • Backup removal: Data in backup systems will be removed within 90 days.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may not be able to fully comply with a deletion request if the data is needed to:

  • Complete a transaction or provide a service you requested.
  • Comply with a legal obligation (e.g., tax records, audit requirements).
  • Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents.
  • Exercise or defend legal claims.
